The nesting season typically occurs from May to October, during which time special precautions are taken to ensure the safety of the turtles and their hatchlings. Visitors are advised to adhere to guidelines, such as avoiding flash photography, loud noises, and touching the turtles or their nests, to minimize disturbance and promote their well-being.
